Privacy

This site collects as little as it can. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there’s nothing to accept.

Page views

Visits are counted with PostHog, in the EU. Each page view records the page, the site that sent you, your browser, device type, language and time zone. If something on a page fails, the error is recorded too. Your IP address isn’t stored, and nothing follows you from one day to the next.

Updates

If you sign up for updates, your email address and the time you signed up are kept in a database in the EU, run by Cloudflare. They’re used only to email you news about Marfa, and they’re never sold or shared.

Your data

To be removed from updates, or to ask what’s held about you, email hello@withmarfa.com. WithMarfa is responsible for this data.
